桃山 = Momoyama = characters literally mean "Peach Mountain"
I see this package in their Aji no Meisaku 18pcs product picture.
For sale on Amazon: "5 types of traditional Japanese sweet snacks, in a mini-form (18 snacks in total): Chestnut, Momo Yama, Milk Cake, Maccha Bun, Soba (Buckwheat) Bun"
This Amazon description says "Japanese Steamed Cake ... Momoyama (Sweet Red Beans & White Kidney Beans)"
Edit: Basically it's a traditional steamed cake with filling. That filling is sweet red beans and white kidney beans which is called "momoyama".
"Birthday cake" is indeed a popular flavor of things lately. I have no idea why, I think it tastes terrible. Even Birthday Cake M&M's were a thing.
I don't quite know how to describe the taste. It really does taste like you'd expect the most generic cheap store-bought cake to taste. Like dry white cake with bland icing and plenty of sprinkles.
Devils Food Cake (skip the part where you bake it.)

Amazon's got your back!
Apparantly you can get them from Amazon.
No, not in general, and I weep for it. You can order them on Amazon.

Ever have an Osem cake? Non-gebrokts (all potato starch) and indistinguishable, at least to my palate, from a chametzdik cake.
I guess like, if it doesn't feel like Pesach to you anymore then you shouldn't eat it, but that might not line up precisely with the halakhic issue of gebrokts vs. non-gebrokts. (In particular, matzah balls are gebrokts but for a lot of people there's nothing more Pesachdik.)
Personally my experience of Pesach is that I eat completely different foods than I normally would, including some things like Osem cakes. That separation is what makes the experience.
