I got this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B015MMEOS4/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
$36 bucks on amazon and it does everything I need. I only have 5 pedals plus a power supply but I've been using it for about half a year with no problems and it's much cheaper than a lot of other pedalboards I see.

I did some Spring cleaning and figured I would get a shot of the whole collection while I had it all out. The pedals from left to right and top to bottom are: Zoom MS-70CDR, Boss PS-5, Neunaber WET, Keeley Mag Echo, Keeley ME-8 Multi-Echo, Boss DD-6, Zoom MS-50G, BBE Mindbender, Mooer Tender Octaver, Abominable Electronics Hail Satan, Heavy Electronics Grind Fuzz, ProCo RAT 2, Fulltone OCD, Ibanez Tubescreamer Mini, Paul Cochrane Timmy, Visual Sound Garagetone Oil Can Phaser, MXR M-300 Reverb, Keeley ME-8 Multi-Echo, Red Witch Violetta Delay, Epigaze Audio Earthrise VIII, ZCAT Big Reverb TI, Catalinbread Echorec, Black Cat Overdriver, Boss DD-5, Walrus Audio Julia, Maxon PT999, Dwarfcraft Devices Baby Thundaa, DOD Boneshaker, Midnight 30 OD NO. 30+, MXR Phase 95, Chicago Stompworks Triangle Muff, Solid Gold FX If 6 Was 9, Boss OD-3, Zoom MS-50G, Mooer Eleclady, Epigaze Audio Spacetime Tap Tempo, Daphon Volume Pedal, TC Electronic Ditto Stereo, Digitech Supernatural, EHX Freeze, Digitech TR-7, Mooer Echolizer, Barber Exacta, Foxpedal Wrath, Snouse Blackbox 2, Barber Gain Changer, Dunlop Crybaby Mini Wah, Valeton Katfish Auto Wah, TC Electronic Ditto, Ibanez DE-7, DOD FX65 Stereo Chorus, Xotic EP Booster, Malekko Diabolik, DOD 280 Compressor, DOD Gunslinger, Zoom MS-60B

The top board is a Temple Audio Duo 34. It is my Experimental/Shoegaze/Post Rock board.

The middle boards are a Temple Duo 24 and Duo 17. The Duo 17 is set up for Stoner/Doom stuff, and the Temple 24 is my Gilmourish board.

The small boards are all these: https://www.amazon.com/Mr-Power-Pedalboard-Aluminium-Alloy-15inch-WithBag/dp/B06XRLPRJ5/ref=sr_1_1?s=musical-instruments&ie=UTF8&qid=1520970509&sr=1-1&refinements=p_4%3AMr.Power

The one with the Barber pedals is a grab and go board for when I don't want too many effects, just different flavors of dirt. I use the Freeze/Looper board with all the boards, and the board with the Zoom MS-60B is for bass.

Kokko Comp $26 all the way. If you're just getting into compressors it is (imo) the absolute best option. Sounds just as good as comps $80 more than it. If you decide you hate it, amazon's return policy is great. Oh and you can run it at 18v for more headroom and volume.

The Mooer Yellow Comp $52 would be my second suggestion but it also costs twice as much. Id choose this one if you are more interested in an optical comp.

Here's a video by Just Nick Music that explains comps really well. Comps can be a tremendous help with getting your sound just how you like it. Also experiment where you put it in your chain, there are no "right" answers and different placement will change the sound a lot.

Here is the amazon link. I posted a 5 star review just now. Ignore the 1 star review someone left. I think they left it in the car too long or something and made their Tolex peel. I’ve been gigging with it at least once a week and there’s not even an incling of peeling. Fair warning though, you’ll need more Velcro than what’s included. Other than that I think it’s a perfect pedalboard solution. I’m just sad that someone has pretty much decimated its chances of selling on amazon. Ha.

I called the owner and talked to him for a while. He’s the one that fulfills these, and if you have any questions he’s very very helpful. I’d say buy it, absolutely. I love mine, and it came in 2 days because prime. If you order direct, you’ll have a few weeks lead time. He builds a batch of these and then sends them out to amazon, so you’ll get it much faster. There’s a few other sizes too.

I'd make sure you're running a 9v dc power supply, as thats what's standard on most pedals. They'll have them at your local music store, or just grab a truetone one spot on amazon. You can get this whole kit for $30 and be set for a while.

This Pig Hog one is a bit cheaper. It doesn't have some of the things you get with the truetone, but you probably wont need that stuff unless you're running vintage pedals, and if thats the case, you can get adapters for those for under $5.

Either option would work and you'd be set on power for a while.

A single pedal that will do all of what you want, a Zoom MS-70CDR has you covered.

If you eventually want to expand into analog pedals (always a worthy venture), I can recommend a Mooer Yellow Comp for the compressor.

I don't have or know anything about inexpensive noise gates, but given that noise gates can be pretty simple circuits, an inexpensive one knob noise gate that you always leave on will probably do you just fine. I linked one by Rowin, but Donner, CNZ, Mooer, Neewar... they're probably all the same circuit in different housing with maybe some different quality of components.

EDIT: wanted to give a shout-out to the Zoom G3n and G3Xn if you're looking for a similar footprint to the line 6 you have. They have slightly different effects from the MS-70CDR, but more footswitches and more options.

Also wanted to shout out r/zoommultistomp if you do go that route.

Vangoa Guitar Effect Pedal Board Case Aluminum Alloy with Bag, 22.2 x 12.78 x 2.75 inch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07F33SJJM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_W35pDbDP7DNEE

I have a Caline CP-04 power supply mounted underneath (no on board power supply)

Unsure about the expression in the tap side. I'd have to check.

For a board that size, consider the one I have -- that's whats underneath the pedal layout I posted.

Cool. I am thinking about the joyo pxl or Loop Switchers 8 channel unit

My rig is a tele to keeley pro comp, so boost, micro pog, golden cello, tube screamer mini, carbon copy, strymon flint, ditto to a tweed BJ.
