(Part 2) Best mac-compatible games software according to redditors

I don't know what the third one is, but I have 2 of those games installed on the macbook pro I'm using right now.

Burning Monkey Solitaire! No question. I used to play the free demo that came on the Mac Addict CD-ROM like crazy.

I must say I quite surprised and happy that they are cheaper on amazon.

I think Thinkin' Things had a game like this. Not a lot of info about the game online. We had it on Apples when I was in elementary school in the early '90s. (It was awesome.)

I'm fairly certain that the way zoning builds up did change, now that you mentioned it.

You can get Simcity 4 for mac at [amazon] (http://www.amazon.com/Sim-City-4-Deluxe-Mac/dp/B000AHS0BY). Unfortunately, it's pretty pricey at $70.

After poking around thewaybackmacine for a while, it seems that there were not any blog sites, or any sites I can find, covering the chase before 2013.

It says Mac, but they should offer a key, and the game is a steamplay game which means if it is on Steam, it should activate for windows no?

After a quick search I couldn't find a Windows download link, but I did find this link, which sells both the Windows & Mac boxed versions on the cheap with Prime shipping. There's also a Mac download option in that link. :)

Is the Civ 4 (for Mac) in this sale going to give me a steam key? The pc says DRM: Steam but the Mac one says nothing....

So all buildings/units confirmed to have single solid colors instead of icons, then? Man, no wonder people are upset!

I actually tried to find Civ V alpha pictures showing the UI and completely failed, so if you can point one out, go for it.

I did manage to find this picture from before it was launched though. It doesn't show the UI but the graphics were clearly a lot rougher than they could've been

And they still look pretty rough to me. Particularly that first pic with the rockets firing -- is that jungle in the bottom of the pic, or some kind of fungus? I think one of those units might be in serious need of a dermatologist...
