The rubber bands can work until you get the correct bands.
Protip: replace the ribbon with the blousing bands (carefully snip out the threads at the back of the pants that hold the ribbon in and then use the ribbon to pull the band through, bending the hools together then it's through. Use a piece of stiff wire (#14) with a hook bent on the end if you have issues threading the band through).
This will give you auto-blousing pants you'll never think about again.

I think the M43 is as close to it as you'll get. Her uniform isnt necessarily 100% accurate. None of them are. But this is a really close shirt. Hope I was helpful.
If it's the protruding pins that hold the claw piece in the buckle's tabs (kinda looks like one's missing, on left side in your photo) then you're likely SOL because that's what holds it in place. Luckily, this is a very common universal buckle and you can buy replacements inexpensively. I believe it's called a military style flip-top with slide-lock buckle

I'd recommend a Bushnell TRS25. Yeah it's a bit more expensive but it's miles ahead of any 'airsoft red dot'
You only need eye protection. I'd recommend face protection as well. You don't need a vest unless you need to carry stuff.
Edit: Looks like the X9 comes with a mid cap, not a hi-cap. You'll probably want a couple extra mags and something to carry them. Could get something like a Condor belt and SMG pouches
