Some tips:

  • Switch your hand wash, body wash, and any of soaps/detergents to all natural versions
  • Buy those spa gloves so you can keep your hands extra moisturized overnight. Example
  • Stop the lotion and switch to a cream, such as Cerave in the tub or Aquaphor. Apply that generously (like 4-6 times per day)
  • Grab witch hazel, a natural anti-septic, and rinse your hands with that if you need some relief from itching
