Can you get away with polo shirts at work? Try cotton-free, since these don't show sweat as well, "wick" away moisture, and I find they keep me cooler.

I used to, and prefer to, wear button-up long sleeve collared "work" shirts to the office. But the sweat stains are stupid and unprofessional, defeating the purpose.

Lee 8$-12$ from amazon, fit is great, and thinnish material for the hot @$$ summer months. The collar maintains is shape well.

I think your best bet is going to be an unmarked polo such as this. I wear one to every interview and it always makes me look pretty sharp.

Very slim fit and perfect if you look like Abercrombie or Fitch.
