I've heard very good thinks about taking Psyllium Husk along with acidophilus daily. I don't have Crohns, but I have had bowel issues since I was a little kid. Dude, when I started taking this supplement I saw amazing results. My gas went away. My shits are easier and smoother. My stomach aches are gone. I don't get cramps, I don't get pains. I take 5 pills, 3x a day with water. Please let me know if you have had experience with this.
