If I'm not mistaken these are either 10 inch or 12 inch pleasers which come with a warning that they are not meant to walk in. Because these specific shoes come with a warning not walk in them it can very easily be argued that the store has a responsibility to inform customers of this.

Edit: was shopping around for new work shoes and found the exact pair of pleasers she was wearing they are the 10 inches and they definitely do come with a warning as pictured here. So we can certainly answer that 1. Yes trying these shoes on is an inherently dangerous activity as they come with a warning that they are meant show show not for use. 2. That the show store should have a burden to allow customers to know these shoes are not meant for walking in as the manufacturer considers them unfit and dangerous for that purpose. 3. It is not typical of a shoe company to make customers sign a waiver but most shoe companies are not selling shoes that have a specific warning against walking in them. 4. The store who sells these shoes has been given a warning that they are dangerous and not fit to walk in by the manufacturer 5. 9 inches AKA the height the manufacturer needs to start warning people said shoes are unfit to walk in

Oh my friend do I have the shoe for you. I just discovered it on amazon a week ago and they are the most comfortable kitten heel ever.

They are for someone with really particular taste, it’s a pointed slightly upturned toe, and a wavy heel with a sexy little slit in top that mimics a dress slit. I think they are the perfect mix of quirky and sexy. But it’s either your style or it isn’t.

Also if you have a wider foot this is shoe is a gift.

I hope this works 🖤 congrats on the upcoming nuptials!

Aersole Macrame pumps are my latest find:

In my 50s now, my feet have become seriously fussy and hate all form of high heel pumps in particular. Plus I have had a major hole in my shoe wardrobe for years now (YEARS), lacking a pair of basic black pumps. The few pumps I own are not black, and they are more like "sitting" shoes, as I can't handle standing/walking in them for more than an hour or two.

Part of the issue is my feet are "kind of" wide, especially in the toe area, high volume, and I have a bunion on one foot (low cut vamps cut into the bunion). Yet if I get a pump with a wider toe box or in a wide width, or I size up, they won't fit the narrower back of my heel and I'll be walking right out of them. On top of that my feet, as I mentioned, are just generally fussy and feel every little pinch and rub these days, and I think my arches may also be falling.

Having a fashion emergency that demanded a pair of classic black heels, I went hunting and I found a pair of these in black at TJMaxx. They seemed comfortable enough and cheap enough I brought them home. I wore them all day to a work thing (the fashion emergency) and they were great. Light weight, cushiony, not too high but still have some height. No pinching or pain or blisters anywhere.

So I went home and duplicated in red and nude. May get the leopard too.

This shoe has a 2 inch heel. It doesn't have that cool toe cap or all the sparkles, but a shoe repair place might be able to do the toe cap for cheap, and I can't imaging adding a few sequins would be hard.

Pair number 2 is completely different while still being the same, if that makes sense. 3 inch heel. I thought they looked cool. Totally up to you, obviously.

I'll probably still look for a few more. I'm bored, anyways.
