No experience in this realm but I would bet most of the shops typically don't stretch their own screens. I would only assume that the large shops use this method. That being said here are two options that might help you get an idea of what to look for. It's going to be a pretty penny.

I just bought silk screen mesh and I’m happy with it. You can Google mesh to micron conversion to get what you are after.

Here’s the one I bought. I think it converts to around 150 micron.

And yes, it is a whale. The concept was whalesongs. They use vibrations to convey information to whales, even miles away. This guy was basically crying for help (innards falling out, so it’s too late), but so loudly that the ground beneath him begins to break open.
