I love dry shiritake rice for when I get that rare craving. This stuff even comes in single-serving packets. I miss that sticky rice texture, but this will hit the spot for me sometimes, though, because I suppose of its fiber content, I can get kind of bloaty if I don't drink enough water with it. Still, really nice to have on hand.
Yes, you can get dried noodles, but they're mostly sold in 'wet' packs (calcium hydroxide). Dry shirataki noodles are a lot smaller -- they lose 70% of their size. They're usually a bit more expensive too, at least here in England.

I’m guessing this:
Miracle Noodle Shirataki Gluten Free Rice, 8-Ounce (Pack of 6) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B016A276HQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_CRBOBbE5SEN95
Konjac. I think they’re like weight watchers brand. I haven’t seen the kind made from mushrooms at my store yet, so I settled on these:

Here is a 12 pack for $8 cheaper.
Miracle Noodles are the other big brand.
Your best bet from what I've seen if you want a deal is to hit up your local asian grocer.
