Quinoa, Farro and high protein bean pasta (edamame fettuccine, adzuki bean pasta). I haven't cooked regular pasta in months. I have replaced all my carb sources with complex carbs or protein infused substitutes.
I love kimchi too! I get it from our local H-mart. As for greek yogurt, I get the Oikos Triple Zero. They have a gazillion blended flavors (Orange being my favorite).
edit:typo
Almost ran a half marathon the other day (12 miles).
I eat eggs, chicken, lots of fruits and veggies and tones of broccoli, vitamin D pills, dark chocolate, peanut butter, sometimes cereal like cheerios and chex, Greek yogurt (the "Light and Fit" toasted coconut is AMAZING stuff), chips and salsa, roast made in a pressure cooker with veggies and potatoes, coffee with cream, tofu, etc...
I don't really eat that many carbs compared to most Americans. If you do need carbs though:
Just to let you know, the Barilla spaghetti you have on your Amazon wishlist is for 3 one-pound boxes of spaghetti for $15.92. That gives you only 3 pounds of spaghetti at a price of over $5 a pound.
Here's a link to another Barilla spaghetti offering on Amazon prime that gives you 6 2-pound boxes of spaghetti for $14.52. That gives you 12 pounds of spaghetti at a price of a little over $1 a pound.
There's a similar story for the peanut butter. The peanut butter you have chosen is for 1 lb of Jiff for about $8, but there's another seller who is selling 5 lbs of Jiff peanut butter for about $10..
On Amazon, there's a wide variety of pricing and you have to compare prices, because some things are much more expensive than the same thing sold by another seller.
If you want to look at the prices of the things on your wishlist and maybe make changes after comparing prices, you can get a lot more food for the same request. Would you like to do that before I send you anything?
-> the barilla spaghetti on your wishlist
-> cheaper barilla spaghetti
-> the jiff on your wishlist
-> cheaper jiff
I like edamame spaghetti as a healthier high-protein, high-fiber substitute for standard noodles. It cooks even faster than regular noodles, and my local costco sells it so I can get giant boxes. It's like this: https://www.amazon.com/Explore-Cuisine-Organic-Edamame-Spaghetti/dp/B015NBKXEI
Fiber pasta!
Ha, that makes sense. I usually cook with this one though: https://www.amazon.com/Rustichella-dAbruzzo-Durum-Tonnarelli-Spaghetti/dp/B0125KHWZS
La molisana actually has a distributor close to where i leave so i do see their pasta everywhere!
Eu încerc să mă țin de keto, deci sunt pe bacon/slană + ouă + mozarella la breakfast / paste proteice cu pui și brânză (chicken alfredo, carbonara, depinde de mood) / steak-uri.
Add in some nuts, coffee and that's a wrap.
Musai să îmi fac și eu zoodles la un moment dat, trebuie să-mi iau o răzătoare.
Much is but not all. And yes lists here and the other subs
And bulk is often a decent price. You'll get sick of spaghetti and tuna, but it's fine for keeping?

I prefer the Miracle Noodle personally, but this looks like a good bet too. Miracle noodle is 0g net carbs per serving (>1 carb, all fiber) but does not have any protein or fiber.
Yep!
You can try Lupini beans, great macros for keto and very cheap. They do have a rather unique taste though, and they are a real hassle if you buy them dry because they are toxic unless you repeatedly soak them to drain those compounds out over a week.
Considering raw lupini and raw black soy beans do have a decent amount of carbs though, i'm not sure what refining process gets rid of most of them, but it makes me think that there are other kinds of specific bean products that are very low carb.
Like Zeroodle's Mung bean spaghetti only has 3 net carbs and the only ingredients are mung and soy beans, but both of those beans are again, not low carb. Tofu has very few carbs but it comes from soy.
Heinz has canned spaghetti that's pretty decent if you liked Chef - I found them at Target or Giant and was cheaper then Amazon
Not canned, but Top Ramen (not Maruchan) Oriental ramen noodles are vegan. Actually all of them are, just not the season packets.
edit: haven't tried these but Heinz Hoops are probably exactly what you want (minus the cost)
Can you order things from Amazon where you're at?
Absolute best brand I've ever used is Heartland. I honestly can't tell their spaghetti noodles are gluten free.
Heartland GF Spaghetti - Amazon
Heartland GF Spaghetti - Walmart
Heartland GF Penne - Amazon
Heartland GF Lasagna - Amazon
Heartland GF Lasagna - Walmart
Heartland GF Fusilli - Amazon
I don't think people did a good job to explain why when it came to the actual meal experience:
the idea of serving noodles separately to the sauce isn't optimal.
Sure it looks cool to have a plate of noodles first, then you dollop a serving of sauce on top that needs to be mixed; but, you end up eating mostly plain noodles that hold no sauce, then have a puddle of sauce on your plate you need to then spoon/lick up.
If you sauce immediately, you should finish the noodles and the sauce at the same time. Texture & mouth feel is way better too.
edit: favourite store bought noodles are garofalo noodles, I get them from costco.
Those macros sound a little tricky, but looking back on MFP, I see that I accomplished that last week. Here's what my day was like:
Breakfast: Smoothie with scoop of protein powder, 2 tablespoons raw oats, frozen peaches, 2 tablespoons avocado
Lunch: Frozen broccoli and cheddar cheese (microwaved), with a can of light tuna and more avocado, plus some carrots
Snack: Chia seed pudding with more protein powder [I usually have cottage cheese with fruit, must have been out]
Dinner: 2 salmon burgers (from Costco), and a lot of veggies
After-dinner: Mini magnum chocolate bar & an orange
That all came out to 1566 calories, 93g carbs, 61g fat, 170g protein. If it was a workout day, I'd probably swap out some of the fat (cheese/avocados) for more carbs (quinoa, lentils, bread, fruit, etc.). I'm also a huge fan of black bean/soy pasta to help me reach my protein goals.
Oh i've heard of those, any good? i recently heard of these i wanna try them D:
I agree. I bet OP will find the ingredients listing konjac or shirataki.
My big problem with shirataki is that I always thought of pasta as a cheap food. Shirataki used as an analog for pasta isn't even close to the price per serving; it's way more expensive. Last night I made a nice curry, instead of using shirataki, since I was slicing and dicing and making a mess of the kitchen anyway, I put it on a bed of sliced and steamed nappa cabbage. Using veggies in the place of typical starches does add more carbs than using a konjac product, but it also adds vitamins and minerals that would be missing from shirataki. Sometimes I still use shirataki noodles as a replacement for the noodles when eating pho. I still have a case of Nooodle from when Groupon had a deal going on.
edit
Yeah, it's konjac, I just checked. http://www.amazon.com/Eat-Water-Slim-Pasta-Fettuccine/dp/B009QWATA4
It also has oat fiber in the ingredients which would probably give this shirataki a better color as a noodle and better sauce absorbency than 100% konjac. The added oat fiber benefits interest me. I think I will give these a shot in the future. Here is a retailer that has decent US prices: http://www.konjacfoods.com/order/

konjacfoods.com prices did seem reasonable until I saw the $11 shipping
