Looks more like a gold g shock g steel to me

I caved in and bought a Boonie hat and I couldn't be happier with it. It provides the perfect amount of sun coverage for my face and neck and keeps pretty cool as compared with my other hats. It's also fairly windproof since it comes with a draw string that prevents the hat from flying off on a windy day.
Breathable layers, mostly, as few as you can get away with while not freezing your butt off. With rain in particular, I find that having a couple layers is enough to keep me semi-warm while I'm not yet warmed up from running (the first mile or so). Once I start generating excess heat from running, my body heat plus the layers plus all the layers being wet tends to get me warm really fast. Having the beanie especially helps with this - if you can get one of those ones that has the heat-reflective inside (like one of these), even better.
Also, gloves! Every time it gets below 40, I end up wondering why the heck I don't have gloves to wear while I'm running. My hands and feet are the last to warm up when I'm running in colder weather. In general, though, the "dress like it's 20F warmer than the actual temperature" rule for running still applies in cold rain, I've found. :)
This is preference thing. I have very thin gloves and pull my jacket/shirt over my hands. My SO needs a fleece mittens
In that case, both the black and white Orient conductors are new on Amazon for for ~$212.

Description: I actually bought this watch for my fiancée two years ago and she loves it. I told her about the Heartbreaker, but she did not like its name and she is not into circular watches. When she does wear a watch she chooses this one because the small little bit of the balance wheel and escapement peaking through the dial are enjoyable for her to watch as she sits in her classes.
I enjoy it because the dial is rather busy but not too distracting. It has a subtle ticking to it that is not very annoying and it keeps great time with a decent power reserve of 40 hours. The band is rather plasticy feeling but breaks in nicely and you can barely feel the weight move around. In my eyes, this watch was well worth the money!
You're right, should have done that in first place, so:
But if you have any other offers, i will appreciate them :]
My weakness, my Kryptonite during the week are usually Seiko chronos. But weekends and vacation always a G. Hard to kill a G-Shock. I too prefer the combo, but in red. regards

cheers
I've bought a couple of those and I'll just add that I'm not a fan of them.I Like the leather strap but the colors of the hats are quite faded and they have a rather bulky look when fitted. I've bought multiple hat styles on Amazon trying to find one that is slim and conforms well and the best I've found was the VC300.

Just my 2 cents.
Thanks for the opportunity!!

There are a few items I really need/want (in order of importance):
Sorry this took so long, but here you goz I added hats, gloves, and scarves as a sort of apology for being so late:
Good outer coats: https://www.amazon.com/ELORA-Womens-Winter-Jacket-Fleece-Trim/dp/B07BS4GTJC/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1540096730&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=winter+coat+for+women&psc=1

Find something long and thick with a cozy hood. Make sure it is water resistent as well.
Good undercoats:

https://www.amazon.com/CAMEL-CROWN-Waterproof-Windbreaker-Outdoor/dp/B07FTB6Z34/ref=sr_1_17?ie=UTF8&qid=1540096730&sr=8-17&keywords=winter+coat+for+women

Find something warm but light and with or without a hood- it doesn't matter too much unless you plan on using it in spring, in which case get one with a hood or a removable hood.
Good hats:
https://www.amazon.com/Yesurprise-Trapper-Russian-Trooper-Windproof/dp/B075L5G81C/ref=sr_1_9?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1540097173&sr=1-9&nodeID=7141123011&psd=1&keywords=warm+winter+hat+with+earflap

Get something with clippable ear flaps. Trust me, they'll be lifesavers. Water resistance is important as well.
Good gloves:
https://www.amazon.com/OZERO-Deerskin-Leather-Motorcycle-Cycling/dp/B07DZYG7CB/ref=sr_1_11?s=apparel&ie=UTF8&qid=1540097380&sr=1-11&nodeID=7147440011&psd=1&keywords=warm+waterproof+winter+gloves

Get something water proof and with fingers. Mittens are the worst when you have to do something outside. Wrist straps are great for keeping the snow out.
Face coverings:
https://www.amazon.com/Seirus-Innovation-Neofleece-Combo-Scarf/dp/B0018BGFF4/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1540097490&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=warm+waterproof+winter+face+covering

Make sure it covers your face, nose, cheeks, and neck (front and back). If it goes over your entire head like a hat that's even better, it's perfect for wearing under a hat. You'll want it to be waterproof. I find face coverings work better than scarves.
I have this one and I adore it! It'll fit your needs, I believe.
EDIT: I also own this G-Shock. It's cheaper, in addition to probably being a little more hardy and water resistant.

TIL: There are really expensive G-Shocks.
Quick question:
Is this tough to read in normal or dark lighting?
I've read a lot of mixed reviews saying the digital displays are even tough to read in daylight. Considering the grey model but the skeleton hands look tough too read on this one:
http://www.amazon.com/G-Shock-GA-100BW-1A-White-Series-Luxury/dp/B017V91ULK/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
I own a pair of these and love them!
I use and older model of these for brisk but not winter weather. They were actually recommended to me as light-chill cycling gloves, but work great for running too. They let me use my touch screen on my phone, which is nice.
For more winter weather, I use [these] (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B014X9G5MU?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage) Isotoner gloves. They aren't bulky, which means I can adjust hats/clothing/etc without taking them off. They also are warm enough without making my hands too sweaty, so I don't have to leave them out to dry usually.
I got these intending to wear them over a thinner glove, but they've been fine on their own so far (there's a men's version as well):
http://www.amazon.com/Gordini-Womens-Stash-Touch-Mitts/dp/B00NBI0U6W
I can definitely see the appeal of mixing "street" and higher fashion. Combinations of styles make things more interesting. Purism is for the unimaginative. I personally prefer tight fitting beanies. This is a good balance between both though.
