Shock Doctor has that: https://www.amazon.com/Shock-Doctor-Compression-Hockey-Bio-Flex/dp/B01MQW86UQ

I use their shorts with a standard underarmor pant, but there's an all in one for you.

The world of equipment can be mind-boggling at times. Best thing I could recommend is to go to a retailer and try some stuff on. Make some aggressive moves in it and see if it comes loose or moves on your body. Play-it-again Sports has some good deals on most stuff and its usually slightly used.

You won't need a really nice stick to start. Don't waste your money on it.

If you're playing in a no-check league I would suggest skipping the shoulder pads or getting something lightweight, they will just weigh you down and restrict movement.

Most important piece of equipment is skates! Spend the most on them and treat them like your babies.

Helmet is crucial too and will help keep concussions happening from the inevitable spills you will take.

Don't overlook elbow pads, nothing worse than a fluid filled elbow after a gnarly fall.

Gloves, shin pads, and pants do not need to be high end, get something that fits well and doesn't restrict movement.

Get a jock that is the shorts with velcro on them to hold up your socks - something like this http://www.amazon.com/WSI-Hockey-Velcro-Black-Medium/dp/B00015KLV2/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1464040320&sr=8-7&keywords=hockey+jock

Not necessarily that brand but something like it.

Get some nice socks for your feet too, don't use regular cotton socks.

Check out these tips too, no skills needed to improve your game!

Fabric guards are not meant to be walked more than a few feet in. I don’t care what they are made of. That’s knife sharp steel inside them.

Get a ridged pair of rubber ones for that. I keep a pair in my bag for the guy who has his skates on but has to run out to his or someone else’s car to get gear that they forgot.

For the best pair of fabric ones that will last forever (provided you don’t stroll around in them), get some A&R ULTRA ToughTerrys. Make sure to get the ultra. Hands down the best and reasonably priced too! They run small I think.

Agree with what you write about getting hit in the cup, but........It didnt hit his cup though. Your cup doesnt extend up onto your thigh where he got hit. I use a "shock doctor" athletic protector and taking a shot to the hip/thigh has never hurt my balls

Thanks for the feedback. Is this the Shock Doctor jock you were referring to? https://www.amazon.ca/Shock-Doctor-Jockstrap-Support-Medium/dp/B00YCJYI3U/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=Shock+Doctor+Soft+Core&qid=1566445244&s=gateway&sr=8-1
From what I can tell it's just foam and no actual cup. Do you actually trust that for Krav even with an experienced partner?!

Thanks for the feedback on the Diamond cup; pretty pricey though.

Very interesting, and I love it. Obviously would never be a full time thing, but I think it’s very cool for warmups.

I was just talking to some people today about how much better special warmups/practice jerseys have been under Adidas. A lot of unique things being done. 100x better than what we used to see, just compare the Adidas with the old Reebok. To me it’s not even close. These Chinese themed ones are of course pretty wild, but I think that’s a good thing!

I noticed from previous posts, you're 5'8" so close to my height. If you wear 13"-14" shin pads, you can try intermediate hockey socks. I wear these socks and I don't even need shin guard tape anymore.

I like the compressions jocks with a garter belt. WSI makes them.
