Take em to Kenny u-pull. I think they charge $2 entry fee and there's a manual tire changer in the yard.

It's honestly all about technique, some tires/wheels are harder than others but the proper technique whether using a powered tire machine or manual spoons goes along way.

Former mechanic, I still own my own lift & tire machine now. However I learned using nothing more than 3 spoons and a old truck rim as a stand on the ground. Got into a shop that used a manual bead breaker/changer such as this bolted to a bench and a shop made lever for years. At the time, I was just about as fast on that as I am now working slow(on my time not getting paid) on the tire machine.

Balancing, I use a static balancer at home & stick on weights.

  1. Leave the tires out in the sun if you can. Warm rubber is more flexible than cold rubber.
  2. Use lube. For tubeless tires use soapy water, for tubed tires use baby powder. You can't have to much.
  3. Use Tire spoons not irons. Tire irons are for car tires. Spoons do much much much better with the small beads found on motorcycle tires. A set like those linked will make manipulating the bead such a breeze you'll wondered why you bothered with anything else.
  4. You can break almost any bead with a curb or a step or even a block of wood. Rest the TIRE on the raised section and then step on the rim. If you like your rims place a towel down first. It takes a couple tries to get the angle right, but it's effective.

Amazon can be iffy with tire searches showing all options. It looks like all 3 are the same size so if that is the size you have on the car any of the options should fit. That being said any tire that cheep is going to be pretty low quality. If you are strapped for funds they will get you where you need to go but they most likely will not last very long and wont grip as well as a higher priced/name brand tire will. If you have the tools (something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Goplus-Portable-Changer-Breaker-Mounting/dp/B017JXBWZ2/ref=sr_1_4?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1511391248&sr=1-4&keywords=tire+changer) and a little muscle you should be ok changing it yourself, just be aware that you risk damaging the tire if you haven't done it before.

I used this [solid tire ](OTBBA Solid Tire Replacement for... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07P5WZ9XL?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) to replace my rear wheel after it was punctured. (Alternatively, you could buy a [solid wheel already on a rim](GAGAMO Wheel Hub and... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07TQLCLV4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and save yourself a lot of effort.)

I put some water in a pot on a stove and heated it until boiling, and poured it into a bucket with the tire in it.

I let it sit for 20 minutes and took it out. It should be warm but not too warm to handle. It may have some white marks like rubber stretching, and there'll be a rubber smell.

I ziptied through one of the tire's holes and through the wheel rim and tightened so they stayed together as I worked around the wheel. With a good amount of effort, I used these [tire irons](Dr.Roc Tire Spoon Lever Iron Tool... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M3SJ699?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) to put the the tire on the rim, not worrying about the tire properly seating in the rim. Once the tire is around the rim, use a closed pair of scissors to put through the tire holes and pry up to allow a tire iron scrape under and pull the tire to seat properly.

I did this only with my rear tire and haven't had tire problems since.
