I've used this one, low quality but does the job. The biggest gripe being the black fabric sometimes doesn't fit properly to cover the back without some extra tape.
However, before I used that one I just used I made myself, using a tray/box, picture frame, some hinges, black fabric and tripod mount crew. They ghetto but it did the job. So it all depends on your budget.

I need to align my smartphone camera on the same axis as the mounting screw.

Every mount if found is a gripper style that is along that leaves the phone itself centered, yet the camera off to the side. My only option is having the mount grip the end of the phone where the camera is, in order to keep it center. This poses many problems.

Anyone have a solution? It is to center the camera on this mount https://www.amazon.com/TELEPROMPTER-PAD-TeleprompterPAD-iLight-Remote/dp/B01BMIM9PM/ref=sr_1_2?crid=AKO4MK9MS1QQ&keywords=teleprompter+pad+ilight+pro&qid=1570648321&sprefix=ilight+telep%2Caps%2C142&sr=8-2

> If I could, I would buy the URSA broadcast camera -- very impressive. But we need something way, way smaller.

I apologize for misunderstanding.

> Do you think a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema would do?

If you mean the old one, no. If you mean the new Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, yes this camera would definitely do - as long as you can wait until September when it is supposed to ship - and as long as AC power is available or you have an external battery solution like [this one] (https://adorama.evyy.net/c/60286/51926/1036?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adorama.com%2Fipclslp6.html).

Its single LP-E6 battery is unlikely to last for 3 hours.

I was able to handle the BMPCC 4K at NAB a couple of weeks ago, [interview the company President and compare the new camera's size to my old BMPCC] (https://youtu.be/-AWOO1_lc9U).

Very impressive camera.

I [pre-ordered mine from Adorama] (https://adorama.evyy.net/c/60286/51926/1036?u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adorama.com%2Fbmccp4k.html) because they don't charge your card until the camera actually ships.

If you can't wait, you might want to consider the [Micro Studio Camera 4K with the 4K Video Assist] (https://www.amazon.com/Blackmagic-Design-Micro-Studio-4K/dp/B01DEIJ4JW//ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&linkCode=ll1&tag=battleforthew-20), which can produce results like this:

Couldn't find any sports examples, but here it is shooting action:

Electronic viewfinders are often camera-specific. There are some portable monitors that are not camera-specific like this one.

I personally have this one and love it.

I also see they have this one now and it looks even better.

Lol. Sorry not trying to confuse you even more, but I do like the Neewer monitor that I have and its a couple bucks cheaper than the ones you posted.
