Since this seems to be an emotional eating issue, your best bet is to practice mindfulness based stress reduction (meditation) when you get those snack urges. Look up meditation videos on youtube. I have had great success with Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Every time you feel that out of control urge to snack, try 5-10 minutes of meditation first. When you feel quiet inside, you can allow yourself small, portion controlled snacks.
You can get a lot of mileage out of roasted seaweed for low carbs and calories. I like Trader Joe's Wasabi flavor, because the spiciness slows me down. An entire package is 60 calories and no net carbs.
You might also try replacing your coffee and soda (which can be agitating) with something calming, like green tea or holy basil (tulsi) tea, which have calming properties.
Additionally, with any snacks you are already eating, make them as spicy as you can handle and garnish with fresh herbs, green onions, vinegars, mustards, etc. This will help slow you down and appreciate your snack, and feel fancier and less deprived about it. Good luck!
I buy Nature's Hollow sugar free jam. It is my FAVORITE! 100% tastes like regular jam. It looks like they use Xylitol for the sweetener. If you make the sugar free jam, let me know how it turns out. I would like to make my own because it get's a little pricy.
Highly recommend Biochem sugar free vanilla whey protein. And especially recommend a blender bottle, they mix very smoothly.
Since I don’t like to cook and am very impatient, one of go-to soups is instant. Japanese Osuimono Soup is a flavorful, clear broth with some onion and mushroom bits. Great snack if you are craving some salt or alternative to coffee or tea on a cold day. I bought some from Amazon Nagatanien Matsutake Flavor Osuimono Soup
The 3-well (whole slice per well) and 6-well (half slice per well) molds.
I just made some with the 3-well a few days ago. I tried to shape a few into bowls and taco shells. It has to be done very quickly after they come out of the microwave, as they crisp up quickly.
P.S. They're great for buns as well.
While I do prefer KetoChow
Garden Life has a vegan one that is extremely low in carbs, and tastes great. Just add avocado oil and blend!

Or at least really similar
Thanks for the reply! I mentioned in one of the posts above, electrolytes are a bit of a concern. I take magnesium citrate tablets before bed (400mg in total), and use losalt as much as I can but otherwise it mostly comes from food. Occasionally I might have a cup of this bouillon with extra losalt in it, but that's not daily. Regarding sweeteners, I do have a bottle of EZ-sweetz but try to use it as little as possible, and if I do it's mostly a few drops in my coconut milk porridge or something along those lines.
I've been toying with keto since April but had some ups and downs due to summer trips, etc. Have been sticking with it properly since August.
Not low cal per volume, but I eat the following mostly for being able to divide into appropriately sized portions. You'll have to exercise portion control, rather than snacking "out of the package," but I tend to find an appropriately sized high-fat snack does well to stave off hunger.
