It involves some prep work, but I like making my own chocolate snacks using good quality cacao. This extra brute by Cacao Barry is amazing. Things I do with it:

- mix it with a bit of almond milk and stir it into banana "nice cream"

- mix it with canned pumpkin and sweetener then microwave for warm pudding

- mix with mashed bananas and microwave for a mug cake

- mix into a mocha or hot chocolate

- add to sugar free pudding to make it super chocolaty

Skinny Pop is really good, the amount of salt actually grows on you as you ween yourself off of higher sodium snacks. 100 cals per bag.

Smartfood makes a white cheddar popcorn that's solid, albeit you get a bit less than Skinny Pop for the added flavoring.

I personally love Pop Chips, 100 cals per bag and super satisfying. The Cheddar and Sour Cream and Sour Cream and Onion are both my go-tos.

Alright check this out. I've got this $45 ice cream maker.

Here's the recipe I used here:

  • 8oz coconut milk (40 calories)
  • 5oz cinnamon roll fat free greek yogurt (70 calories, 12g protein)
  • 1/4 cup Erythritol (Swerve)
  • 2 squirts of liquid splenda
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk powder (20 calories, 2g protein)
  • dash of cinnamon
  • dash of salt

Throw it all in your blender, then dump it in the ice cream maker.

For the topping, I left a little bit of the yogurt blend in the blender and added a quarter of this protein bar, which is really, really good. (90 calories, 6g protein)

    A couple notes:
  • You can also add an egg yolk to the froyo for a creamier consistency.
  • The Erythritol is important because it prevents ice crystals from forming. It plays the same role here that sugar plays in ice cream.

EDIT: OH, and the yield was twice as much as is pictured. :)

sorry for the late reply but- they’re actually just instant noodles! either way, they’re still really tasty and have a nice spice to them. i found these at an asian supermarket but you can find them here on amazon. i’d recommend adding bok choy along with the mushrooms. :)

I have a Garmin Vivosmart HR and I love it! I used to have a Fitbit Charge HR, and it fell apart in the same way yours did.

I've had my Garmin for several years now and I haven't had any issues. And I bought the refurbished one on Amazon. It's $65, which I know is above your $50 price range...but if you are willing to splurge a little personally I think it's worth the extra $15.

I get this from amazon. I'm not toooo sure what it does to my skin to be completely honest with you, but only because I'm freakishly obsessed with skincare stuff and I don't know which exact products are helping me out LOL. shout out to /r/asianbeauty

They sell these occasionally at my grocery store. Pretty good for only 50 calories

I really like the 400 calorie fix cookbook and a cooking light cookbook I picked up at the library. I also have a cookbook called light and tasty I like.

Lock & lock containers solved that for me. They are a a little pricey but they last. They have them on amazon but you can find some deals on eBay.

You can make your own zucc noodles with a sprializer, something like this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B013KAW5IQ/ref=psdc_289783_t3_B00KIVD1PC

u/funchords · 40 pointsr/1500isplenty

Can you weigh that and confirm it's only 10g? That looks heavier than 10g.

Edit: just found a link. https://www.amazon.com/Lindt-Bunny-Chocolate-Ounce-Count/dp/B00B96K8CE ... probably is 10g then. 55 Calories but the label laws allow it to round to 50.

The mix itself is only slightly complicated, using shrimp paste and Tamarind paste, which are things I don’t know if I’d use up enough of the containers to make it worth the buy. Bbuuttt if you’re not able to find the spice packet at your grocery, They do sell the 20cal/packets seasoning on Amazon

I think Kim's Magic Pop is similar. It comes in a bunch of different flavors https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007TKWEVM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_p0RYAb18D1EEB
