I can help you with some of the basics if you need help just using the engine.

If you really want to get into the coding side of things, I'd highly recommend getting yourself a copy of Unity in Action. I personally have found this book to be extremely helpful for learning C# in the context of the Unity game engine.

Of course if you don't want to spend any money, you can always look up tutorials on YouTube.
