I use the thumbkeys to hotkey my different character's windows. Makes it easy to box 4 active characters and a bard can be added for passive boxing easy enough.

A little more than your budget, but I got this a few weeks ago just cause I wanted a desktop and to stop using my old First Gen I5 laptop as a desktop. Discontinued and refurbished but way overkill for Everquest honestly. I wanted something as an everyday use.
