What would really be better would be if he used booklinker.net. Items on Amazon have a universal code (i.e. Terrible Old Games is "dp/1783522569"), and Booklinker gives you a universal "MyBook.at/TerribleOldGames" (or whatever you choose) URL that will take whoever clicks it to their localised Amazon (Brits to Amazon.co.uk, Canadians to Amazon.ca, etc.)

Not gaming, but comic books, also, Athens got the short edition in a loot rate:

Oh shit - Spaced Out is this
Featuring both William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy.
Just did a quick search for "Fifty shades of..." on Amazon and found these:
Fifty Sheds of GreyEDIT: Did notice that it actually said "a parody" (very subtle) on the coverAll with a similar tonality to their cover, and all fail to mention that they're a parody or similar.
EDIT: All this on the first four pages (of 20)
HOLY SHIT!!! When did Fifty-Thousand Shades of Grey sell out??? The last time I checked it was a couple of months ago and it was in stock at its original price with Amazon not saying they were low on copies or anything. I kept putting off buying it because I was too lazy to log in to Amazon.
EDIT: I just discovered ashens was the draft writer on another similar book. (not sure if he is actually the draft writer on it since in the preview I see no mention of his name)Every page apparently has "chicken" repeated over and over and over again. http://www.amazon.com/64-000-Chickens-Aidan-Beaumont/dp/1479380288/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1413198345&sr=1-2
