Lock: Num Pad 7 (I use TPS camera so I try to make sure I don't go near lock unless I'm SURE I want to, which is almost never)

Reset: Delete (NOT backspace, so that I don't accidentally go to previous web page, I recommend nobody leave/set any key bindings as backspace for this reason)

I love this set up, after setting hook bindings to mouse I could never go back to having them on keyboard, and the attacks & dodge keys feel very comfortable to me.
