Hella Supertones are pretty popular in the Subaru scene. They’re fairly easy to mount behind the grille in most cars. Personally, I like the sound of the new Sharptones a little bit more. But there’s endless options out there. Just find some tone that you like. Most electronic horns are gonna wire up the same

Well you have a few options,

Free: join a forum like toyotanation and see what they have for repair guides and also be able to ask questions

$15 + a few hours of time: get a 2 day subscription to Toyota’s TechStream and download each page of the factory service manual individually.

$25-ish: you can get one of those Haynes repair manuals

I've been using Aero beam wipers from Amazon for my '13 Corolla. Just bought a set. They've served me well.

Also helps to wash the windshield thoroughly now and then. Here's a link https://youtu.be/p4TBR7TRGJc

$100 for the install and $100 for the camera (I thought it was cheaper) http://www.amazon.com/Rexing-Dashboard-Recorder-G-Sensor-Recording/dp/B00X528FNE/ref=sr_1_4?s=car&ie=UTF8&qid=1462502589&sr=1-4&keywords=dash+cam+rexing I put it behind my rear view mirror so you really can't see it from the inside. The quality is superb, you really lose it all when uploading to most sites though

I've been using the Dashboard Mount TechMatte MagGrip Dashboard and Windshield Magnetic Universal Car Mount Holder. Only $8 on Amazon.

I have a magnetic case for my iPhone, but it also comes with "magnet plates" that you can place in any case (or even stick to the phone if you dare).

The one I use has 3 slots on both sides. The one you pictures has 3 slots on one side but only one slot on the other side. Mine is a 2010. This is the one I use. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00Y5JWW1W/ref=ppx_yo_mob_b_inactive_ship_o0_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I replaced the Deck in my '06 myself, I threw out the lameass cd player, and put in a pioneer bluetooth deck using an adaptor kit: Here's the 3 items you'll need. (note, you can also get double din adaptor kits, and waaaay better decks than the pioneer one I linked, I'm just being lazy) the parts will cost you $150 US, and if you don't want to install it yourself it'll cost another 100 or so for install at a car audio place. (I did it myself, just solder up the harness and google how to take your dash apart) (the entire audio deck portion of the dash is held in by 1 screw behind the central HVAC knob)

and No, there we're no codes required. I've also done this in a 2002 corolla, but that's a different generation than yours.
