What /u/Running_Is_Life said, but I'd go for either a drawstring bag or duffel bag. Personally I like the drawstring bag because it is more portable, and all my stuff for xc meets fit in it fine. I'd go for one with thicker string though, it feels nice and doesn't dig into your shoulders. Something like this
Come to Europe and let your mind get blown by our muddy conditions ;) My max pins are 21mm and I use them about once a year. I typically run 15 for the front 3 pints and 12 for the others.
For track: I couldn't even fathom 3mm or blank spikes ... As long as it easily goes into the ground, it's good to go. Just make sure on the track you use track pins (https://www.amazon.com/Cartasport-replacement-running-spike-pins/dp/B00OBVWT8A to see the difference)
