I had to replace my DC plug. I got a new one at Amazon and replaced it in 15 min, watching YouTube tutorial. My charger plug would also easily come out before replacing it.

I'd recommend the Inland Premium 1TB at MicroCenter for $99.99 or Amazon for $104.99. As the Dell xps 13 9360 supports NVMe, it should be compatible although I've only used it inside a desktop.

I'm using the CORSAIR Vengeance Performance 32GB (2x16GB) 260-Pin DDR4 SO-DIMM DDR4 2666 (PC4 21300) Laptop Memory Model CMSX32GX4M2A2666C18 and it works like a charm. Def has to be the memory itself.
I saw one on Amazon but the only reason I didn't buy it was because it doesn't specify that it will work with a 2-in-1 Precision (99% identical on the outside as a 2/1 XPS). The only different I see between the two machines is the intake vents on the bottom. The XPS has the vent slots towards the front while my Precision has the vents on the sides. So I don't know if the case will allow air in from those positions.

That's what I've done. I've upgraded the WiFI card to an Intel 9260 (well Killer 1550, but those are apparently literally the same exact thing), And this 32 GB crucial ram kit. I've also upgraded to a 970 Pro SSD.
