Yes this one is fantastic and is cheaper than some 2k monitors!
Only 60hz though but it does have the 1ms you're looking for. I have multiple gaming friends with sick rigs who own this bad boy and they're all loving it.

Only thing to note is that it doesn't have built in speakers.
I'm assuming you will be playing at 1080P?
If that is the case, you will have no issues at all running D2 at 60+ fps. If you tweak a few settings you could probably push fps more in the range of 80-100.

If the 8gb of memory really bothers you, you can always just buy a 16gb kit.

From what I read about the system you are looking at, the max speed the motherboard supports is 2666mhz.
