Poster on the left is a custom print. I had the frame already but nothing to put in it. Looked through my screenshot gallery on my tablet, I've been taking a ton of them when I see frames I like reading the Manga via Kindle, and chose one of my favorites. Ended up going with Poster Print Factory as they had a very straightforward upload tool & seemingly reasonable prices (this 18x28 was $24 before shipping). I must say they do a great job, both printing & packing the poster.

Feels a bit...dirty though. Not sure what the legality is behind printing & charging for somebody else's work, and I know the money isn't going to the creator etc.

That is awesome! I have the Deluxe edition box set, but everything else I've bought eBooks of. Glad I did. I had no idea the Omnibus Editions were that big!

I ran the description for it through google translate and it’s pretty much worded the same as the English description for the Deluxe Edition. The cover is slightly different though. Looks like they just turned the Deluxe Edition cover art sideways.

Unless you want to spend $100+ for one volume to complete the collection I'd recommend the omnibus. Nothing was changed as far as I know, but the omnis have some other side stories by Kishiro included giving them added value.

Vol 9 of the original story had a closed ending that doesn't fit with canon anymore since the start of Last Order. I'm not surprised at all that they'd change or edit it.

After this, there’s Battle Angel Alita Last Order and then Mars Chronicles. Either order the five deulxe volumes one by one (I'm doing that) or continue on the kindle version (then there are the Last Order omnibus collections which are quite huge because they condense a lot of material since Last Order is way longer than Alita's original run XD)

For those not aware, Ars Magna can be bought in a French version. As there's almost no text, this doesn't matter much. I bought it and adore it! Translation of the few liner notes can be found online.

Do you know if those final chapters you mentioned are in the newly-released deluxe editions? I read the old flipped translations online and they had that ending, and even if it isn't canon anymore I kind of liked it.

It at least has a conclusion if you don't read the next series.

I actually did a little research into this.

BAA LO: Vol 15 Last Angel Standing was VIZ's last volume they published before they lost the rights and it changed to Kodansha.

From what I can understand, it was actually printed in limited quantities when it was released in October 2011.

Because of this, being hard to find, last volume printed by VIZ, etc, it has driven the price up insanely high. Ive seen volumes listed for over $500 or more. I don't know if anyone is actually buying them or not. Maybe collectors who must have all the individual volumes perhaps.

However, if you are trying to collect all of Last Order, you can find Volumes 1-14 fairly cheaply on Amazon and other places.

The only way you are going to get Volume 15 without paying a crazy price, is to buy the Kodansha OMNIBUS. (Which is what I did for my collection. I still want to buy Volumes 1-3 in the VIZ single volumes) My Collection

Battle Angel Alita: Last Order OMNIBUS Volume 5 contains volumes 13, 14 and 15 that were issued by VIZ. I hope this helps!

I just found out that Barjack Rhapsody technically comes after Last Order Volume 2. You might want to edit your post so people don't read it before starting Last Order.
