I know you're looking for a pre-made light to start with, but I recommend going with something like this if you're going to spend that kind of money: http://www.cutter.com.au/proddetail.php?prod=cut3121

It'll take a little bit of your time to assemble, but you'll get much better results and you'll have less chance of parts failing. The Vero 18 is a very good chip for the $ and going with full spectrum lighting will get you better results than a blend of colored chips.

That'll cost you $270 with shipping, is a good reliable light, and for less money it'll kick the nuts off of the other two lights you listed.
