• A Grammar Book of Finnish
  
• Tarkista Tästä
  
• A dictionary of some kind (usually Wiktionary is more than enough, though)
  
  The first two are great grammar resources that will be really useful for understanding the ins-and-outs of the language, and Tarkista Tästä will be invaluable for learning the rections (case governance) of loads of words - over 1200 I think. Teach Yourself Finnish is pretty good, but it's quite limited in my opinion - it's definitely formatted better than the others I've mentioned because it's set out like a course, even though the others are excellent on their own. There's also loads of online-resources (including those books...) that will really help your studies. Good luck and have fun! :)

I was lucky enough to be an exchange student there which is where I learned most of what I know, but before/during that I had this and found it very helpful. Good luck!

This book is a bit expensive, but it's fantastic, would suggest.

It's incredibly useful to get your vocabulary up, and the 2500 finnish-english example sentences get you your reading practice too.
