You should read a book like It's Better Than It Looks: Reasons for Optimism in an Age of Fear.

Just as one shouldn't blind oneself to the ills of the world, one shouldn't blind oneself to all the good in the world. And there's a lot of good in the world.

Stop loving her. What she did is awful.

If I can recommend a book, try to read Women Who Love Too Much: When You Keep Wishing and Hoping He'll Change . It works for men too (a lot of men actually read it).
It's a life changing book.

:-) well im an autistic 29 year old from New Zealand. This is my only book for sale. I tend to give the rest away and let kids draw the pictures.

you don't look bad. please don't go doing weird shit to your head/face to compensate (strange tattoos, piercings, giant hoop earrings, etc). may i suggest though you start shaving your head in the shower with a wet razor instead of clippers so you don't get the patches like in this picture. if you do go this route, save your money and use standard hospital razors https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002C5QH80/ . they are excellent, sharp, very cheap, and can be used for your legs, armpits, and whatever else you wish to shave.

FYI if you are into Ska Punk (like Operation Ivy) the Have Nots first 2 albums are 2 of my favorite of all time

Try the Anxiety and Phobia Workbook. I used it when I couldn't afford a therapist and was super useful. It helped my anxiety to be able to actually do something about it by going through the workbook and the exercises. It's easily been five years since I got it and I still use some techniques I learned.

Here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/Anxiety-Phobia-Workbook-Edmund-Bourne/dp/1572248912

Edit: PM me if you have any questions or need advice. I've been dealing with anxiety for over a decade.

Link here. All you had to do was google the title and author.

I would actually recommend reading the reviews. Most of them are not “trolls”. This is just OP shamelessly promoting.

Mind over Mood is a good one.

Edit: David Burns is a big name in CBT and it looks like he wrote a book just for anxiety called When Panic Attacks.

I keep one of these in my utensil drawer. It's just a thin, rubber sheet that has an incredible grip-strength. Has never failed to crack open any jar.

This isn't (originally) German. This is a translation of Daddy's Roommate, a 1991 book by the American author Michael Willhoite. There's even a 1996 sequel, Daddy's Wedding.

Sure, the main one I'm thinking of is the Falkbeer countergambit, although the classical defense is a lot more common.

Fischer considered King's Gambit broken, and wrote about his defense to the Gambit here: http://www.chesscafe.com/text/bust.pdf.

To say that chess theory of the past 300 years is "good" or counts as evidence is laughable. Lots of chess openings and strategies once considered sound have fallen by the way side by modern players and computers.

There’s a book, “dogs can sign too”, which tries to get you to teach your dogs to sign. Either me or my dogs are too stupid, however.

I highly recommend this book. It’s helped me a lot in identifying my childhood abuse and how it has affected me as an adult. The good news is that those feelings of shame, anxiety, and guilt are all just learned behaviors from your traumatic past, and with time and effort, you can work to undo them.
