I have been collecting manga for several years now and a couple years back I started looking for a shelf to keep them on. I found this triangular one on amazon. I thought it would be good to get one from Amazon in case I wanted to get more. I was right, as my manga collection grew I got more. When we moved into this new property it had a roughly finished loft in the barn but my office was in the house. When our last baby was born I ceded the office to him and moved my desk and shelves out to the barn.

The barn has a gambrel roof, so the walls of the office slope inward as you go from floor to ceiling. It was kind of hard to figure out what to do with those two walls. In a fit of genius I took the bookshelves and turned them around and they fit up against the wall great. I bought the fourth shelf a couple months back and yesterday I officially filled it with the latest acquisitions from Japan. So for me it's a double perfect fit. The width and angle of the shelves fit the nook perfectly and the manga collection fits the shelves perfectly.

Elevating your monitors is such an awesome thing to do. I just did it a few weeks ago. I'd recommend getting some monitor isolator pads (I have MoPads). they make a huge difference.

I want that pretty badly, any clue what that might be called in English or where I can find it in the U.S. I'm on the hunt now, thanks for the link btw!

EDIT: Also "When I was younger" was there some sort of problem with it? I've got serious cabinet space issues and I'd love to solve them with this

I had this happen to me once (I was the customer). The staff were both amazed and relieved when I crouched in front of one of these mounted on the frame. I had just put it on like 2 weeks earlier after getting tired of locking my keys in my car (it's old, so no key fob).

Naw, not planned. The case was showed on a space grey phone and was called jet black. They referred to the bumpers of the case only.

Looks like a Schlage Georgian style privacy knob. But, I’m sure other manufactures make similar ones. I just recognized the over-under screw pattern that, in my experience, is a Schlage thing.

If you look close there is even a hairline gap between them. Really cleans up the cable mess. I know a lot of people despise mice these days, but this is my favorite/most productive desk layout to work with.
