I wouldn't involve your computer if you don't need to and a good audio interface is going to cost twice as much as some other options.
All you're really trying to accomplish is mixing two audio signals (guitar + computer) down to one signal you can listen to through headphones or speakers.
As such something like a 2 channel 'monitor mixer' headphone amp would do quite nicely in this scenario
You can send the ME-70's output into the 'Monitor Input' channel and will need an adapter or two to get the 1/8inch aux cable from your computer into the XLR input but it's doable.
Use the front two knobs to blend the input signals and your headphone output's right there.
Lots of 2.1 PC Speaker systems also have AUX inputs you could use for the ME-70 and a headphone output for when you don't want to make noise. Look for one with both a headphone output and an AUX-input like this.
Speakers hook up to PC/laptop as normal, headphones go in the headphone jack (or not if you want to jam with room volume), ME-70 goes into the AUX-In jack and you balance the levels manually by adjusting guitar output and PC volume.
I got these a while back for 20 dollars at a FYE. They're not amazing, but for 20-30 dollars it's a pretty good deal.
For budget monitoring, I'd recommend a combination of the Alesis Elevate 3 and CyberAcoustics CA-3090. You can take out the extra speakers and just set it up without the satellite speakers from the CyberAcoustics set. All in all, for 120 USD, it's a good set, albeit slightly bass boosted because of the external sub. You can set the sub's volume, though.
I got my Elevate 3's for around 70 dollars in Guitar Center and my CyberAcoustics Sub for 20 dollars in a Radioshack. I am an American; I'm not sure where you can get all this in Europe or otherwise. Sorry.
The $200 is basically my limit, but with my current set up I don't really have the space for the larger sized speakers such as that.
This is what I current use, and the main selling point was that they fit underneath my main computer monitor since I have no space on the sides and no option to wall mount. But I do greatly appreciate your help with this and I will save this for future reference when I am able to have something like this.
For this environment, I'd imagine that a couple desktop computer speakers would work perfectly fine. Or if you can spare the money, maybe a 3-piece stereo system from Amazon.
For reference, I haven't used this one in a DJ setup, but these were cheap and sound great even if they are somewhat quiet. They could probably be good enough for some light background level music at a pool. I have been using the Cyber Acoustics CA-3090 for the last 3 years, and they are sufficient IMO. In all honesty, I didn't do much research at the time and just picked one of the best sellers on Amazon with decent reviews.
I recently bought these, and I absolutely love them. They have high quality sound and go pretty loud.

the set i have is this one thats a little higher quality at 43$ though it was 35 when i bought it...
If you are going to buy speakers I would say get a set of 2.1 they make all the difference when watching movies or gaming.
