Ooh I watch many beauty YouTuber so favourite videos are my most beloved. Wish this could become a monthly thread!

Beauty: This month I've been really enjoying the Em Cosmetics Color Drops Serum Blush. I have the colour Rose Milk and it gives my cheeks a subtle, dewy glow. Tempted to get all the colours now!

Skincare: It's a toss up between The Inkey List Brighten-i Cream and Sunday Riley Tidal Water Cream. Also looking for a new hydrating concealer - what are your faves, ladies? I recently broke up with Tarte Shape Tape. It was just so thick and cakey on me.

Shoes: Have been wearing these TB Dior J'Adior slingbacks and while they're not the most accurate (the shape of the toe box is a bit off), they are really comfy and come in a size 42. Score!

Bag: Kudos to the ladies who shared this Ferragamo purse - it's perfect for running errands in town.

Book: Late to this party but I swallowed Bad Blood by John Carreyrou in two days and am re-reading it! Love juicy corporate scandal stories like these, am waiting to read Million Dollar Whale by Tom Wright and Bradley Hope next.

Fashion: Have been living in these GAP cigarette jeans. They're so soft and comfy.

I read "The Curated Closet" and it really helped me define my style to what i need and wear vs who i would like to be. It also really helped me narrow down a color palette that works for a capsule wardrobe. Typical day to day wear skinny ankle jeans (dark denim & grey), flats, half tucked linen tshirt or 3/4 breton shirt and sunnies with bright red lips as an accent. Crisp white button down for a dressier day with sleeves rolled up. Sometimes I throw on a scarf and heels. I love sheath, fit & flare dresses and pencil skirts. I have no actual changes in seasons just a monsoon season. 🤣 Which sucks because i love layering!!! I like to keep it minimalist and effortless. The bags that work the best for me are Celine trapeze, box and belt and an hermes kelly dupe. When i want to dress up a bit i switch to a Chanel bag.

This is super easy to do.
Unless you have horrible color transfer, you don't really need to use the cleaner. I typically love using pure Water Wipes to wipe down my bag after each use. I typically use Cadillac Conditioner (I also have apple conditioner) I prefer Cadillac on vachetta and Apple on treated leather. I use a generous amount on a soft cloth, and gently rub it into the bag. I often do one coat, let dry for 30 minutes and apply a second coat and let dry again.
I only condition once every 3-4 months unless you live in a very humid or dry location.
I swear by my Kiwi all protect spray for vachetta as well.

So, the problem with DHGate is that there are so many flops out there. Its a hard lesson to learn. I've done it, sometimes on purpose because I'm a glutton for punishment LOL. There are a couple good sellers. Fubar has average quality and OC does actually have a DHGate storefront as well. I feel like though, mostly as a rep noob, its best to steer clear of DHGate/Aliexpress because its very easy to overpay for something that is not that great.

Conversely with a trusted seller you'll get a good product, sure you might overpay, relatively speaking, because you didn't comparison shop enough, but it will less likely be a subpar rep.

I clicked on your DHGate link and while the neverfull is not the worst, I do feel like you overpaid. There was a review I commented on yesterday where she paid $80. I've paid $80-$90 for a 3A neverfull as well. I think the biggest thing that stood out to me was the interior color, its way purple.

Anyway - to speed up patina you can use neatsfoot oil (my preference) and the glazing can be fixed with rejuvenate wood furniture markers - mahogany or walnut color. For canvas sheen, I use nuvinyl

Armor All Original Protectant & Cleaning Wipes Twin Pack (2 x 25 count) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000A835AY?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf

this is what i got. i use the protectant wipes to put some sheen on the canvas.

edit: i have used this too: Fiebing's Leather Sheen 4oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AU6LIK0?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf this one gives a nice sublte sheen that i really like and it lasts awhile however was kind off a pain to put on the bag.. it leaves a sticky feel to the canvas.. the stickiness goes away after a few days. i have been using the armour all wipes as it is more convinient and super easy.

Fleas are common and easy to get. I’d imagine the dog goes outside to potty, even if he’s medicated he could get fleas outside and bring one or two in. Many flea meds start to not work if he’s been on the same kind of a long time, fleas are a bitch and continuously get used to medications and can beat them! Kind of like the flu virus in that way. Humans can also bring fleas inside. Especially this time of year when it starts to get a bit chilly, fleas may find a way inside just like any other kind of bug trying to escape the rain/cold. I don’t actually treat my pets at all until this time of year and we have dogs going in and out all day. I swear by this stuff, follow the rules to a T and your fleas will be gone and maybe try the pup and cats on a different flea med (something safe!!! I order generic Bravecto from an Australian company) I Fleabusters Rx for Fleas Plus, 3 lb https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000MS6Q2Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_VCzVDbD1J2XWE

But I doubt it was due to a TB package :)

Good ol' Scotchguard does the trick. I don't use it on my bags, but I spray my shoes and it works perfectly.

Alternative option: these washable insoles. I have 3 or 4 pairs I rotate with my Valentino espadrilles and they keep my feet feelings clean and happy.

Got this unbranded Bottega Pouch 20 dupe via Amazon Prime yesterday, and love it SOOO much! Now I’m tempted to participate in Oli’s GB for the Marble Factory version...

You can buy lead test kits: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008BK15PU?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share - so far all the tableware I've bought from taobao is safe (nothing from this list though).

I just ordered these from Amazon. They should be here tomorrow. I ordered black/39. I'll let you know how they workout!

Same product with just a single tip Amazon

Thirding Ebay. I have a saved search for "Cashmere Sweater" every winter and I don't even fuss with whether it's new or used (granted you do need to be diligent in examining the pictures for condition), because sometimes a lightly used Equipment or Joseph cashmere for a cheap price is worth pulling out the defuzzer for! Seriously though, if you're a knitwear obsessed bitch or just a normal person who doesn't want to throw out expensive clothes after a year, you NEED a defuzzer. Lululemon pills? Gone. Cashmere armpit bobbles? Don't know her.
