The first step is practicing flexing your PC muscles, the ones that you would use to stop mid-pee. Once you have these strengthened with daily practice, you can use these muscles when you are at about 80% of the way to ejaculation. You want to stop whatever you are doing at that point, flex those muscles, and concentrate on the lower energy centers, where your sexual energy has been built up. Now you can use intention to direct the energy up your spine to the top of your head. You should be able to feel the energy when you concentrate on it, and then you should be able to start to feel the energy move upwards as you intend it to do so. At the top of your head, you can hold it there, and it should dissipate at that point.

That's the basics of it in my understanding! I gathered that from videos and some reading so far and my personal practice. I'm reading Mantak Chia's book at the moment, "Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy - Amazon.com".

You will have to dig deep, my friend.

That is the problem with topics like these. Nowadays, self-proclaimed "experts" will just claim it's "pseudoscience" and "outdated" and that's it. No questions, no discussion, nothing. They will outright avoid the topic.

I can just recommend to read old books about sex and the sexes, about ejaculation, masturbation, biology, nervous diseases ... whatever might be connected to ejaculation in any shape or form.

The books I have read are mostly German, but I will provide links anyways:

https://www.amazon.de/Die-Frauenemanzipation-ihre-erotischen-Grundlagen/dp/B00428KVYG

https://www.amazon.de/Geschlecht-Charakter-Prinzipielle-Untersuchung-Classic/dp/1332358160/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1535762939&sr=1-1&keywords=Otto+Weininger+Geschlecht+und+Charakter

these are the 2 main ones. Both are quite long, the first one containing nearly a thousand pages about many different topics. Since the authors used sources it was quite easy to find more material to read. I forgot the name of one very important author but will write it down (including a link to his book about ejaculation) the next time I read about him. Sorry if I seem lazy but I'd rather not read all the 900+ pages again just to find his name right now. I'll save all the links I do find in a text document from now on and might post an update in a few months from now. Never thought that anyone cared about this really. It's a surprise to me that people are so "woke", and that subs like this one here exist.

Edit: Someone posted this here. I've read this before but in German. Someone seems to have translated it? Not sure. Very great though, should read it.

Edit 2: https://books.google.de/books?id=0X8vDAAAQBAJ&pg=PA173&lpg=PA173&dq=L%C3%B6wenfeld%20masturbatio&source=bl&ots=i4NTdIVKoU&sig=dwE5V-8nIyHy_k-W9KDrqD-KD5Q&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi7i47Fme_bAhXMjqQKHXKyA-QQ6AEILDAA#v=onepage&q&f=false the names are "Hermann Rohleder" and "Löwenfeld" ... sadly there are no translations available, as far as I know. But this is a gold mine, it's a book with a focus on masturbation and its repercussions. You might translate it via some translator?

Edit 3: Krafft-Ebing and Samuel Réti might be interesting as well. Especially Krafft-Ebing has translated works which do contain the subjects of masturbation and ejaculation. Réti has one book called "Sexuelle Gebrechen, deren Verhütung und Heilung", literally called "Sexual deficiencies, their prevention and cure" which sadly has no translation as far as I know.

No evidence, in other words. Robert Morse is overweight and probably has metabolic syndrome (by the look of it with significant abdominal obesity) and diagnoses people using iridology, which also doesn't make any sense.

If you want diet advice, look to the Chinese (and Daoist) or indian medical systems like Ayurveda. I prefer Daoist. Healing With Whole Foods is pretty good and balanced. Same with Tao of Healthy Eating.

As one of the reviews aptly describes,

>"I had an earlier edition of this book and it wasn't as extensive or well-written. This edition is excellent. For anyone who has injured themselves from eating too many cold, damp, raw fruits and vegetables from a vegetarian or vegan diet, this book explains why your digestion is a mess and what to do about it. I feel better already and have lost 5 pounds."

Just my two cents.

You should check out the book from the host of that series video, if its the same guy I'm thinking of.

https://www.amazon.com/Way-Energy-Mastering-Internal-Strength/dp/0671736450 by Lam Kam-Chuen, I've seen this come highly recommended from several Qi gong practitioners

Good luck

Gratitude is very powerful. Are you familiar with Yogananda?

Read this book. It will teach you how to completely control your body. If you are someone who benefits from NEOs you should have them. Many men (including myself) benefit from celibacy. But others are destroyed by it. Find out who you are. I can't recommend this book highly enough.
