TPB is short for Trade paperback, it generally collects multiple issues into a single book. See: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0785199594 for example.

If you want to keep up with the trade paperbacks instead of the ongoing comic release, the next one you'd want to get is just titled spider-women, and comes out in late july (http://www.amazon.com/Spider-Women-Dennis-Hopeless/dp/1302900935/), this has issue 7 & 8 of Spider-Gwen in it.
The next tpb with only gwen comes on in december, and will collect issues 9-14.
As far as the team up with Jessica Drew, and Cindy Moon, thats part of the spider-women arc. Honestly you don't have to read either of the other characters stories other than the ones included in the arc to understand whats going on, but I would definitely not skip anything in that, as everything that happens sets up the next big arc for Gwen.

Gwen's TPB Vol 1 titled "Greater Power" collects 1-6, so you'll only be missing #7 and #8 when Vol 2 comes out later this year (unless you get the weekly floppy issues, like you said).
However!!! As an added option, the Spider-Women event will also be collected in TBP, due to come out at the end of the July. You'll get the Gwen issues, as well as the issues from the other series' involved in the event.

It doesn't state so on the site, but I'm assuming ^([I'll be raging angry if they idiotically don't include them...]) it will also include the Alpha issue and the Omega issue. The Spider-Women even is 8 issues in total.
