But trust me, eventually you'll want to invest in a good scale if you're a regular buyer. It's gonna read more accurately, if you buy a lot of weed you can get bigger platforms, & it'll last you. Plus you'll be able to pull out the shitty dealers ripping you off.

Two more door pro-tips:

Use foam tape like this to seal the gap between the door and doorframe.

This, combined with a draft sock will keep the dank vapors on the correct side of the door.

Different containers for different situations. You say that you are "leaving town" so I'm assuming your driving. I got pulled over a while ago and got arrested because I was stupid. I had my stuff in a mason jar (which is air tight so there isn't any smell [which is why everything got thrown out because there was no probable cause] which is great if you have it in a bookbag and are just carrying it around with you) which for driving is a terrible idea because it's so hard to hide. What I recommend now are these if you are going to be driving. They are magnetic and you can stick them anywhere underneath your car. Who the hell is going to be looking under your car! Even if it's searched they are only going to look in your car, not under it. If it's impounded you're probably screwed but I think those are definitely your best option.

Don't use dryer sheets. Buy cut-to-fit carbon filters and then duct tape them down the intake side of the fan.

I used to run warm water over the cubes until they fit.

I use this. Put a dime (coin) in the bottom and a dime on top and press away with light heat from a hair dryer or something.
