If you are serious, the Peli 1010 is the case of choice for most CIEM manufacturers and withstands almost anything.

FastTech has a 8*18650 case.

12 gauge shotgun shell boxes work really well as 18650 boxes.

If you're looking for something more compact and waterproof, I've seen people store 10 18650s in a Pelican 1010 case.
