I'm trying to find a laptop capable of running studio one. I've been on amazon for the past 2-3 weeks and the prcoessor requirement said i3 or above but I also searched around and multiple people said that a processor (Intel) with U in it isn't sufficient enough to run a DAW but those are pretty much the only types of processors that I see on amazon thats within my budget. Please help. For example : https://www.amazon.com/Dell-LED-Backlit-Processor-Backlit-keyboard-Bluetooth/dp/B072N4D64S/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1506273114&sr=1-1&refinements=p_n_operating_system_browse-bin%3A12035945011%7C2232495011%7C5945864011%2Cp_n_feature_four_browse-bin%3A2289793011%7C3081486011%2Cp_n_feature_fourteen_browse-bin%3A2057441011
It depends on how complicated / how big your budget is.
(Quick side note: All 3 of the Studio Live Series III mixers are going to be getting an update for DAW control in the future. It will be able to control transport, faders (motorized), & even plugins. If you are able to wait for the update, that would be the best option for you being a Studio One user.)
Barring that, you could get one of the PreSonus interfaces with “digitally controlled pre-amps” (Studio192, Studio192 Mobile, Quantum) and a midi DAW control surface like the faderport 8, the Mackie MCU Pro, or the CS18 AI (also PreSonus). The preamps on those interfaces can be mapped to midi within S1.
If you want to go with something a bit older, you could look at the M-Audio ProjectMix IO. I’ve never had any personal experience with it, but it looks promising.
Is it possible to connect the mixer to the wireless?
If not natively, with something like this?

There’s a few things you could do. What I think would be the easiest is getting two items, a dual mono to single balanced quarter inch “y” cable, like this one and plug it into a simple headphone amp like this for example
Aukey USB-C hub (takes one USB-C port and gives you 4 USB-A ports)
I plug my LDP8, LPK25, and AudioBox USB into it and I haven't run into any issues with it

This one takes USB-A instead of USB-C
