As far as I know OP, these are the only 2 Halloween only compilations that were ever released in the U.S. One is a 3 tape VHS only compilation called the Trick or Treehouse Box Set(Volume 1 has III(4) and V(6), and be advised Volumes 2 and 3 do not have any Halloween episodes), and the other is a DVD compilation of THOH V-VII(seasons 6, 7, and 8), and XII(13).

My guess btw, is that the DVD one years and years ago went out of print. You probably could find a copy at some used DVD/video game/CD store, or worse comes to worst order a copy online somewhere.

According to the commentary for the episode though, the writers had seen this cover in the book and deliberately used the name since it seemed appropriate for Kirk van Houten.
