I wasn't really thinking a centrifuge (news to me that's used in cooking), I was thinking more like basic deep fryer to large basket deep fryer.

Or basic hand held mandoline vs high quality mandoline.

An old adage says get the cheap tool first, if you use it enough that it breaks, get the high quality version. Then again there's also the adage of, get the thing that'll do the job the best even if it costs twice as much as the other option, the saved frustration is worth it.

I work at Starbucks and we use 2% milk (default), chai tea concentrate (Water, Black Tea, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Natural Flavours, Star Anise), Sugar, Honey, Ginger Juice, Natural Flavours, Vanilla, Citric Acid) and ice for the drink.

You can make it with any kind of presweetened chai tea concentrate like Tazo’s Classic Chai Tea Latte Concentrate (https://www.amazon.com/Tazo®-Chai-Tea-Latte-Concentrate/dp/B000T3KTJA).

Had this is Chicago years ago. Was the best god damn mac and cheese I've had in my life.

I know there's a cookbook on amazon but sadly the SIDES are not included in the preview.

Anyone know the recipe ?
