I have three of these, and arlo pro 2's. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0721PJYTY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

For some reason they have bad reviews, but they work great. Keep the battery constantly at 100% durning sunny days. I highly recommend them. Make sure you get the Arlo ones. I tried a knock off one before because they where cheaper. The camera thought it was constantly plugged in and thus the battery just drained.

I have mine in a similar area, but I used the table top mount. You’ll just have to figure out how you want to mount it since it wasn’t designed to be used like that, but I find the full magnetic ball ideal for getting the camera angles right.

Not the cheapest, but I'm really happy with them (I bought 10)
Make sure whatever you get has QC 3.0 or it won't work

I used this 3rd party one for my Pro 2's.

3rd party cord

This works fine for me. I got it mainly because the AC adapter works with the Pro 2's (some of the earlier released outdoor cords required you to use the official Arlo AC adapter which came with your camera) and I need it's 20 ft cord length. As I said, working just great so far. They have a version in both white and black.

Just this week Arlo has re-released their own official outdoor cord:

Note that as I write this, Amazon is out of stock.

Just to clarify, the original wire free Arlo cameras which use lithium 123 batteries do not have an Arlo approved constant power source (there are unsupported options). On the other hand, the Pro models can be powered using micro USB.

I use these for my original Arlo cameras still going strong. The Energizer batteries last longest by far that I have found. None of the rechargeable will last as long.

Tapcons with these mounts. I have four outdoor pros on these and they work great.

Here's a connector I found on Amazon. Would need to see if it fits into the back of the camera:

(I did successfully charge a camera using an iphone wall plug and random micro usb cable.)

I did the same. The 20 ft cable are waterproof. I used the adaptors from Amazon as well. Works well.

Well my plug is indoors in my garage and the camera is under an awning so not too much rain. But i bought the Wassertein Cable and it seems to fit in snug. I have the official arlo base it wouldnt fit on my offbrand base because it was too bulky. I also had to use the charger that came with my arlo pro. Some newer units come with a charger.

No idea on what makes it an arlo cable. I tried a bunch of premium cables an none of them worked save the one that comes with the cameras (obviously) and the one I posted. As for the wall adapter the same company makes them for arlos as well get that too. Again I tired some premium ones, but no luck.

I'm guessing they put out some wonky voltage or something and the camera won't work otherwise. But I could be full of shit.

Edit. Yes they are micro usb

Edit2. These were the wall adapters I got. Quick Charge Qualcomm 3.0 USB... https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B072J98LTW?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

I actually think they sell a cable that has a plug on the end from the same company. I'm sure that would work. But I can't speak from experience

I'm in your general area. It's 38 right now. I have regular Arlo cameras outside for the second consecutive year. Last year I burned through a bunch of those expensive batteries and adopted adapters like the following:

https://www.amazon.com/LANMU-Adapter-NETGEAR-Security-Batteries/dp/B078Z6N2Q7

I then covered the flat strips on the leads for those with electrical tape and covered that with plastic conduit.

All of my cameras currently register as full battery. These adapters are the only reason I kept the arlo cameras. The batteries were too expensive, I was going through them too quickly, and changing them was annoying since my cameras are out of reach.

I kept mine outside last year until the blizzards hit. They were in temps at about 20 - 24 and probably would have been fine but, I pulled them in due to the magnitude of the storms and put them back out maybe a week or so later.

Just got mine from Amazon a few days ago. Comes with a mount but it is only for the panel, not camera/panel combo mount. It's the same mount sold for the Arlo Pro. It also comes with a 6 foot charging cable. Amazon link

The Pro uses a lithium ion pack, i believe that is for the non pro model.
