I bought a couple 100 packs for around $10 total. They're definitely worth it

Off the shelf cables, typically not solid, I don’t think so.... there may be some confusion here between solid and stranded.

strip the jacket, then strip the individual conductor. There should be several strands inside the 22awg wire.

Yea, I’m sure your custom cables are solid core - it’s the box-o-wire you can pickup at home depot or Lowe’s. You could just as easily buy the stranded cable in bulk

USB to VGA external display adapters do exist although I can't vouch for how well they work as I've never used one.

What I did was look at today's deals in the outlet. Then I chose computers and stuff, then sorted by most expensive.

If you make the purchase, let me know if it's worth it.

I could see that working if you drilled holes through the base and mounted that to the wall. Then again, you could just buy one of these.

SATO Printer? I regularly use a SATO that is about that old. Here's what you need.

Isn't this one of those devices that turns the electrical wiring into an ethernet connection?

I have this one and haven't had any heat issues, but I have had to replace it once already since the corner broke. I don't know if I'm abnormally hard on it, or if it's just a little but thinner of a case and it's doing it's job. I mostly got it to protect corners and put stickers on so I don't get the laptop body all goopy.
