I don't work for Instacart, but purchased a collapsible Versacart from Amazon over a year ago, and love it. It's a beast. Every now and then someone will stop me in a store to ask where I purchased the cart. I generally use promotions so I can add the $5 saved onto the tip. I rarely tip lower than 15% unless the shopper is a *doozy and they still get 10% despite a lower rating.
*A doozy is someone simply refunding everything and refusing to chat about the substitutions I always list and the comments asking them to please chat with me about the items.
I usually have to go outside anyways since our apt complex gate is temperamental and I often have to use my gate key to let them in. Usually I ask if they want me to carry something. They're always so good about it and refuse my help since they see can me walking with my crazy hip replacement leg that still limps. :-)
