Are you playing this version? Is it any good?
Not the person you were responding to, but here's what I found about canon Meetra Surik and her lightsabers, along with sources:
REGARDING HER CLASS
In the Behind the Scenes section of Surik's Wiki page, it says:
> Surik's Jedi class is as of yet unknown. However, after she helped Queen Talia and the Onderon Royalists defeat General Vaklu and his traitorous forces, Kavar told Surik that he tried to convince her to become a Jedi Guardian like he was, saying that they could have used someone like her.[24]
In Surik's SWToR Wiki, she is listed as a Jedi Guardian, though no source for that info is provided.
So canonically Surik's class is uncertain. Kavar's attempts to convince her to be trained as a Guardian may have either succeed or failed, and without a source on her ToR Wiki page, I'd personally be hesitant to go all-in on any definite claim.
REGARDING HER SABER TYPE AND COLOR
In the Equipment section of Surik's Wiki page says:
>Surik dressed in simple Jedi robes, and possessed a blaster pistol, an armband, and a self-built[3] lightsaber containing a cyan crystal,[22] like the one she used during the Mandalorian Wars.[23]
The wiki page for Surik's First Lightsaber, the one she used before the game, refers to her lightsaber in the singular, as did KotOR II itself, so we can rule out dual wielding from her pre-game canon. Additionally,
> Choosing not to discuss with Atton about the lightsaber makes it a single-hilt with a cyan blade (coincidentally, the only color not available in the dialogue choices).
So we can infer that single-hilt cyan is her canon style and color. In support of this, Surik's Second Lightsaber, the one constructed in-game, is described as blue in the Revan novel, so blue or cyan is canon for Meetra during the game.
TL;DR: Meetra Surik/The Exile's canon Jedi Class is Uncertain. Her canon lightsaber color/style is most likely Cyan/Blue Single-Bladed.
The Knights games are kind of a mash up for Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 and the Star Wars Roleplaying Game, which was later branded as the "Saga Edition" of the official licensed tabletop game. There's actually a subreddit for that (now out of print) game, /r/SagaEdition, but I can't say how it compares to the current official game, and if I'd recommend one over the other.

> Is there somewhere that I'm able to buy the comics?
Marvel has rereleased collected KotOR comics in three paperback volumes:
If you want digital version, you can go to Comixology.
> The name and numbering of the comics always confused me, how many actuall issues are there? For I can only find about 37 when the wiki states MUCH more exist.
KotOR original run had 52 issues (including handbook) and KotOR: War had 5 issues.
There were also 2 KotOR related comics (each of them had one issue) - Unseen, Unheard (about the devastation of Katarr) and Shadows and Light (about the Great Hunt). They were not about Zayne and were not created by John Jackson Miller and originally they were included in Star Wars Tales comics.
