I'd like to keep it under $10k if possible. We have budget for higher end switching in the office, so why not? I'd need something that supports L3 and iscsi. Pretty simple really :/
EDIT: I found this
its like spam post ?
like here http://www.amazon.com/Mikrotik-Routerboard-RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN-Port-Ethernet/dp/B00BGIXOHQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1407431749&sr=8-1&keywords=RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN
I'd recommend the RB951 - here it is for $50 on Amazon.

Like /u/packetheavy said, you probably won't use all of the features on day 1, but this will give you something you can grow into.
I use these and they work pretty well, too.

I like the variety of sizes, but cutting up window tint makes a lot of sense.
I mean, they make Gigabit Passive PoE Injectors.
I've got a rack full of passive PoE and af/at devices that hum right along at gigabit.
Basically every Ubiquiti product would be boned too. I can't imagine Ubiquiti would be so popular if their whole line was
*limited to 100 Mbps only if using PoE
At the end of the day, you just have to choose which random Internet person to believe.
Like these?
Depending on the level of encryption, this should fit the bill from Mikrotik:

The ubiquiti er litemaybe able to hit gigabit speeds. That plus a separate gigabit switch might be cheaper overall. Especially compared to a cloud core.
