I wish I could help! It's pretty damn cute. Also I think there should be more plush hippos about, I have one that looks fairly similar to that one, only lankier and much larger.

Do you mean "make" as in manufacture or sell? I'm not sure if they still manufacture them but you can buy them from Amazon.
