from my understanding the cactus don't absorb micro and macro nutrients very efficiently through soil soaking mostly go unused but I don't know that 100%. Misting those same nutrient's at night during their CAM cycle they can absorb them at near 90% efficiency as that's when they open up their pores (stomata) to intake water from the humidity in the air.

If you look up the CAM cycle on cacti there's lots more info than I would know.

You can simply use Dr. Earth 5-5-5 https://www.amazon.com/Dr-Earth-736P-Organic-Fertilizer/dp/B001F9SGKG I think it's sold in Home Depot as well but lots of Trichocereus growers use that as a soil soak and are very happy with the results and easy to use.
Generic cannabis ferts is what i use as my base. I'm using General Hydroponics Trio Mix for my soil soak and 1 part of the 3 for the mist..
You would just need to compare and adjust if you have calmag that helps alot helps strengthen their cell walls and urea you can just piss in the mix and shake up lol I pee on a bunch of my in ground cacti.
I've learned tons of helpful things from CactiGuide.com! There are lots of articles and if you click on Cacti Talk you can find a forum and search for more specific and in depth topics there.
I'm not sure about lights as I'm still learning myself, but I have read up quite a lot on fertilizer. Organic fertilizers tend to have more micronutrients/trace elements so they are "better" if you can find a well balanced one. As for NPK, you want something that is somewhat low in nitrogen, but not too low as a deficit in one nutrient can hinder the absorption of others. Nitrogen can be added to fertilizers through different sources - a common one is urea but this kind can burn cacti so it's best avoided. From what I've seen urea is more commonly used in "general" fertilizers but it's still good to check. It is also a good idea to dilute fertilizers and use them with your normal watering schedule during the growing season so the cactus has a more even flow of nutrients instead of being bombarded with nutrients it will have a hard time using up once a month or so.
Compo makes a really great fertilizer with NPK 5-5-7. I've had awesome results with it.
I had a setup where I bought two $25 16 packs of Philips led bulbs, also bought a sort of extender where it turns one fixture into multiple. I was able to get something like 200 real watts (between three fixtures) of led in a mixture of lighting temperatures, something like 3000k and 5000k
You have to pop the plastic caps off to get the best light exposure. Don’t touch the light, it hurts.
I went to go look for the ones I was talking about, I’ll put it below. With that and a fixture that can fit all the lights you’d have a pretty decent light with a wide light spectrum. It’d be a better price than the the 130 watt blurple one on amazon for $100+

This is an etoliation station waiting to happen. I don't mean that in a mean way, I only know that from experience, my first pedro is like 20" tall and 1.5" in diameter. Chopping him next month.
Look into high intensity aquarium lights. This fluval PCL13w is my 'winter light' and it throws full spectrum light like a mofo. I had originally bought it for a tall 5gal aquarium and it was so intense I fought algae blooms for weeks.
I know that link says it's unavailable, they probably have a newer model.
Aquarium grow lights are generally overpowered pieces of awesome due to the fact that they need to penetrate so much water for their intended purposes.
I’m still learning, this is just my experience. cactus juice I really want to find a different feed or fertilizer before the next actual feed. I’m going to start doing some reading here before the weekend, if anyone has suggestions feel free to suggest!

I'm using these, I have four set up. I've grow lophophora under it from seed.
I think the 150 and 600 are both equivalent and not actual wattage
