Depends, what's your budget, and how well do you want the program to run?
I have this laptop, which I got so I could do SE-related work while traveling, and it will definitely run the program, but not at a very high framerate (depends on settings of course). But then I'm used to using a massively powerful desktop. Note: I did get that laptop on sale for $600, it was a no brainer at that price, but I don't know if I'd recommend it at full price. I just posted it for reference.
If you really want a good deal on a high performance laptop, I would look at Dell's latest Inspiron model that goes for $800 and has a GTX 960M along with a 1080p IPS screen.

There's likely plenty wrong with it. The scientist behind interstellar explains in depth in his book what they did to create the interstellar version (although even that one was altered for artistic/simplifying reasons.)
