I recommend the Sennheiser HD 5xx (518 and 558 looks like your price range) series for non-microphone setups. Their Sennheiser PC series has a mic, is fairly good, but pricey. I'd just double up with a cheap mic around the neck.

The Poseidon Z is the cheapest backlit mechanical keyboard you can get, or at least it was last summer when I bought one. The reason it's cheap is because the patent for MX Cherry Keys expired, so it uses knock off Chinese keys. After owning it for over half a year, no issues at all. I don't know why it isn't in the /r/MechanicalKeyboards sidebar guide.
