On Amazon, it is a newer SNES game made in 2017, seems the cartridge is designed to work on the Super Famicom as well.

I found it!!!
I've been searching for it for a long time myself!
It is "Invention Highway Creative Thinking". http://www.amazon.com/Invention-Highway-Creative-Thinking-Professional/dp/B00004TKW6

Ah man, I'm stumped. I just went through 250+ PS1 rpg games to see if I could find it.

No luck, though, I did remind myself of a game I also played around that time called Battle Hunters , which is not what I was looking for.

Games that I believe I also played and recalled around that time period:

  • Legends of Dragoon
  • Battle Hunters

No problem, if you're a fan of Atari art, then I can highly recommend The Art of Atari, a really cool coffee table book by Tim Lapetino.

Any chance this is Reader Rabbit - Capers on Cloud 9?

I was unable to do a whole lot of good research, but it's a children's educational game from around that era that seems to have a focus on clouds.

I know exactly what you're talking about. I had one of these puppies come with an old Compaq Presario I had as my first PC.

Upon a little Googling, I found they were produced by DK Publishing. Mine was called Eyewitness Virtual Reality: Dinosaur Hunter and you were in a dinosaur museum with several activities ranging from simple "fifteen" sliding puzzles to this rather large game that involved entering an excavation shaft to find and piece together fossils which, when found, would become live dinosaurs that would randomly roam the museum.

Maybe it's Magic School Bus: Inside the Human Body?

Could it be Matchbox: Emergency Patrol? It was released in 2001 and you control different vehicles to do different things. No wiki page I saw, but here's a link to amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Matchbox-Emergency-Patrol-PC/dp/B00005JHKB

No idea, but the game is on Amazon

Unfortunately, it is not available in a digital distribution anymore. I have a receipt for it from gog.com but it no longer exists there for some reason.

It is available used on Amazon.

Let me look around, if I can find the disk and it still works, I can send it to you.

I know this game! I played the hell out of it as a kid.

It's called JumpStart Numbers. I still have the disc, along with the Spelling and Music ones.

The closest thing to a download I can link you to is this site (It's a trial version, unfortunately) or the Amazon link
