There are albums specifically designed for stamp sheets. I don't use them so I can't speak to their quality. These albums are designed to handle older sheets that may be larger than 8 1/2 by 11.

The other option is to use Vario ( or other brand) pages. These pages come in different divisions. Some are clear backing and some are black. These pages are specially designed for stamps. This is what I use. Note some sheets may not fit into these pages if they are larger than you typical sheet of paper.
